This may include structural components (frame, welds) and certain factory-installed parts. Please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation provided at the time of sale for full details.
2. Dealer Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing, this trailer is sold “as-is” with no additional warranty provided by the dealer. The dealer makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (tires, brakes, bearings, lights, etc.)
Damage caused by misuse, overloading, neglect, or improper maintenance
Modifications or alterations made after purchase
Environmental damage (rust, corrosion, weather-related wear)
4. Customer Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for:
Performing routine maintenance and inspections
Operating the trailer within its rated capacity
Following all safety guidelines and manufacturer recommendations
Failure to properly maintain or use the trailer may void any applicable warranty.
5. Claims Process
All warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer unless otherwise specified. The customer is responsible for transportation of the trailer to and from the repair facility unless covered by the manufacturer.
