These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS messaging program operated by Trailer Parts Sales (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Trailer Parts Sales related to trailer inquiries, inventory availability, pricing, financing options, order updates, delivery coordination, service notifications, and follow-up communication related to your interaction with the dealership.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the dealership.

2. Opt-In Consent

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Trailer Parts Sales by:

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Trailer Parts Sales, unless you opt in again.

9. Changes to These Terms

Trailer Parts Sales reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to the dealership’s website with a revised effective date.
