Purchase a hydraulic scissors hoist had an issue and was not going down properly. Went to the store and the only personal that was willing to help me was Manual. His recommendation did help me figure out the issue. One guy said it was the battery and another guy was not even willing to look at it. If you need help ask for Manual. Really appreciate your help Manual.
